Harp-Abilities can bring the joy of healing harp for those with physical challenges. Introduction to harps, assistance provided for music teachers and the harpist-wanna-be with special attention to each musician’s ability. If your organization helps those with physical challenges, is in the Duluth, Minnesota and Superior, Wisconsin area, then the Harp-Abilities intro program is available as a community service to you. This is a short program of Celtic harp playing and instruction for children and adults of various challenging physical abilities. Build a harp & learn to play your own soothing music. A group class is typically two sessions and includes harp kit, construction time and learning to play. Not with a group? Contact Christina to register for a class. Wish to purchase just the kit? Contact Christina for pricing and delivery.
These harps are small and portable, constructed from durable and acoustically resonant corrugated cardboard sound box with wood frame and nylon strings. Decorate as you wish.
For children over age 8 and adults. No music experience needed, accommodating various challenges. Class and material fees depend on options, please inquire.
